Hi guys, welcome! This Blended Mango Chutney recipe makes 4 full cups, so it's perfect for serving about 6-8 dozens of any delicacy. Ingredients: 2 whole Julie mangoes, cut up 3-4 habanero peppers (less or more according to your taste) 3-4 cloves of roughly chopped garlic ¼ cup chopped shado benny ¼ cup of water (more depending on how thick you want your chutney) ¼ tsp geera powder 1 lime squeezed 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp brown sugar Method: 1) Combine mango, garlic, shadow benny and hot peppers in a bowl. 2) Place in a blender with the water (the amount of water you put depends on how thick you want your chutney) and blend to your preferred consistency. 3) Add ¼ tsp geera powder, the juice of one lime, 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp brown sugar. 4) Combine everything well and store in the refrigerator for upto 2 weeks.
