(5 Aug 2020) Multiple broken windows could be seen at Australian embassy in Beirut after a blast that shook the Lebanese capital on Tuesday. Early Wednesday, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison confirmed the death of one Australian due to the explosion. Tuesday's blast leveled much of Beirut's port, killing at least 100 people and injuring over 4,000. Morrison did not provide details of the Australian casualty.
