Difficult Character Token #1 - Civilian Only Challenge

This is the first of many difficult character tokens for my New Years How Many Character Tokens Can you Collect While Only Being Civilian Challenge. What is hard about this is you have to do precise jumps on that weird wall collision and you have to walk on the edge of the dock because you oddly get teleported out if you go out of the edge. Just use weird jumps to get up to there.
