Why is Sudden Coffee different?

Umeko Motoyoshi, our Head of Coffee tells us why Sudden Coffee is different from any other instant coffee. Sudden is made with single origin arabica coffee beans, then brewed using our proprietary recipe, and finally freeze dried in small batches. Instant coffee has never been made like this before!
