Sony Xperia Z2 Problem

Phone makes selections all by itself without having to touch the screen, with most of the selections that the phone does is in a single line on the screen, after doing my research on what the problem would be, it seems to be a faulty digitizer that the phone came with. Please note that the phone was received on 16th May 2014 with this problem.
