Here is the recipe: Ingredients 354g/ 2-3 medium ripe bananas 113g/ 8 tbsp. unsalted butter (1 stick) 133g/ 2/3 cup granulated sugar 4g/1 tsp ground nutmeg 114g/ 2 large eggs 4g/ 1 tsp vanilla extract 4g/ 1 tsp maple syrup 96g/ 1/3 cup butterscotch sauce (see recipe) 85g/ ½ cup butterscotch morsels (rough chopped) 200g/ 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 4g/ 1 tsp baking soda 2g/ 1/2 tsp salt 123g/ ½ cup sour cream 65g/ ½ cup chopped walnuts Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F/176C In a separate bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth and creamy, cover and set aside. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar Add eggs, vanilla, Maple syrup, Butterscotch sauce and combine Using a sieve, combine flour, baking soda and salt and sift into the bowl. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Fold in bananas and sour cream Fold in walnuts and butterscotch morsels Grab a loaf pan of your choice and grease with non-stick spray or butter. Transfer batter to the greased loaf pan and spread evenly. Tap loaf pan gently to release any air bubbles. Bake 350F/176C degrees for 70 minutes/ until toothpick comes out clean (ovens vary).
