Once through the Secret Service security checkpoint, instead of rushing through the glass doors into the main room where the main speech would be given, a person I'd been standing in line next to and I were exchanging numbers and putting our stuff back in our pockets. At that exact moment, the Fire Marshall called capacity. And so, we were the first people to be diverted out the side door into the overflow area they had set up, which explains why I was in the front row for this quick message that BS gave on his way into the main event. We got a sunset and a distilled version of his presentation. To be clear, if Donald Trump came within the same distance, I would go to his event as well. To be informed and make myself as useful as possible as a citizen/voter, I rely on my own research and the fact-based work of dedicated journalists and political scientists. I know the time. I'm not a pundit or an evangelist. Speaking only of the Presidential race, these primaries and the November election are very simple, and how you will vote is your own business. Remember though that voting is not just about you. If your candidate doesn't turn out to be the one on the ballot in November, don't be a brat. Think of your fellow women and men, and do what's right for this country.
