Russia has rejoined the grain deal that allows exports to the Middle East and Africa of much needed grain. Russia had pulled out after the drone attack on its Black Sea navy fleet which Moscow blames on Ukraine. Vladimir Putin says he will pull out again if its navy ships come under attack.
