Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Part 12 - Savali Second Visit
After the events of Into the Nexus, Ratchet and Clank are honored as galactic heroes during a parade on Corson V. Clank reveals he has repaired the Dimensionator to help Ratchet search for the Lombax race, but Doctor Nefarious attacks and tries to steal it. In the chaos, Ratchet accidentally damages the device, opening unstable dimensional rifts. Ratchet, Clank, and Nefarious are pulled into another dimension, where the Dimensionator explodes, separating them. Injured and missing an arm, Clank is found by Rivet, a female Lombax rebel. Meanwhile, Nefarious encounters Emperor Nefarious—his undefeated alternate self—and assumes his throne in secret. Ratchet begins searching for Clank, teaming up with Glitch, a hacking bot, after meeting a resistance fighter named Phantom. Rivet, suspicious of robots, interrogates Clank but learns the truth after seeing his memories. Clank also meets Gary, a prophet who enlists his help repairing dimensional anomalies to prevent a Cataclysm. Reunited through communications, the group plans to rebuild the Dimensionator. Ratchet recruits Kit, a warbot who fears losing control of her programming, but he reassures her. They gather materials and rebuild the device, only for Nefarious to steal it. Though Dr. Nefarious is defeated, Emperor Nefarious arrives and takes the Dimensionator, planning to conquer all dimensions. Rivet opens up to Kit about losing her arm to a warbot attack, which Kit realizes she was responsible for. Ratchet tries to warn Captain Quantum but fails to save him from being banished by the emperor. The emperor’s conquest expands to every universe, forcing Ratchet, Clank, Rivet, and Kit to pursue him. They recover the Dimensional Map but are scattered; Rivet stages a prison break to free Ratchet, Clank, and the resistance, while a guilt-ridden Kit leaves temporarily.The emperor invades Ratchet and Clank’s home dimension. The heroes regroup for a final battle: Ratchet and Clank disable his power suit, Rivet duels him, Kit returns to help, and even Dr. Nefarious betrays his alternate self. At last, Emperor Nefarious is defeated and thrown into a rift. Clank repairs the damaged dimensions with the Dimensionator, mending the universe. Rivet and Kit reconcile, Clank receives a new arm, and the heroes commit to future adventures together. During the credits, Nefarious City dismantles the emperor’s regime, Dr. Nefarious reunites with Lawrence, Gary bonds with his father the Plumber, and Ratchet, Clank, Rivet, and Kit enjoy peace before continuing their journey.
