And how we transitioned it to this final version. Recipe: Ingredients - 1. 1/2 cup instant oats 2. 2 over ripened bananas 3. 2 tbsp peanut butter (Or you can add more) 4. Honey (optional) 5. 1 tbsp Flax seeds / Alsi powder 6. 1 tbsp dry fruits powder 7. 1 tsp Cinnamon or Cardamom powder 7. 1 cup Milk (plus to adjust the consistency) Steps - 1. Dry or Ghee roast the oats & add milk. 2. Add mashed bananas, Peanut butter, flax seed powder, Cinnamon or Cardamom powder, Dry fruits powder. 3. Let it cook for few minutes, add more milk to adjust the desired consistency. 4. Top it with nuts, bananas, strawberry (any seasonal fruit) & Chocolate (for adults) Note : Don't add whole nuts for babies or toddlers as they pose choking hazard. Thanks for Watching!!
