Jamil Hasanli: The results of this election can not be recognized

Translation by Vusal Azizov Jamil Hasanli: Since the beginning of election, process of mass falsification is going on. You can not even call it falsification. Today in Azerbaijan we see the process how power is seized. All the electoral structure including Central Election Commission participates in the process of seizing power. Article 6 of the constitution of Azerbaijan Republic envisages seizing power as the heaviest crime against Azerbaijan people. Currently this criminal process is underway. Today beginning from the morning the process of throwing mass ballots into boxes being carried out by commission members, executive structures and people appointed to polling station by NAP (New Azerbaijan Party) under the name of independent observers .They realized that with free, fair and democratic elections is impossible to win us, that is why they went for mass falsifications of election and want forcefully seize the power. This challenge the legitimacy of this election and the results of this election can not be recognized. The scale of current violations is so large that before the end of election you can tell that. There are already enough video materials disseminated on Internet, social networks for not accepting the election results. What kind of steps are planning to take? Within Azerbaijani Constitution, law and international conventions to which Azerbaijan joined we will do what we can. Are protests expected? Citizens have constitutional right to protest and it is not excluded.
