Today, I will be talking about one question that people generally want to know how many sessions of chemical peel do I need. Now this question doesn't have a simple answer because it varies on the type of chemical peel that is being used. If you're using a superficial peel then you would require at least three to four sessions for you to feel good about the entire result. Even one session would bring about results but three to four sessions are what we advise minimum. After that, you can give it a gap and you can go for maintenance sessions as and when required but our advice is to go for at least three sessions of a chemical peel. So that you can Avail of its full benefit in case you're doing a very superficial peel. In the case of medium-depth or deep peels, a single session also brings significant results but it also has a lot of downtime. The peels that I mentioned earlier that are very superficial or superficial peels have minimal downtime. You are good to go and you can carry out your regular activities which is why it's more like a medicated treatment that you can do on a monthly basis. You know you don't have to do too many things. You just have to follow a good skincare routine after that.
