The stuttering can be unbearable at times, like at East Trista Highway 1. I'm still trying to make some changes, like adjusting the graphic settings and testing some fixes. However, I haven't found a solution that can address this issue yet. I think the texture mod is still worth using anyway, even though there is some stuttering, especially in large and newly visited areas. I have compared it between the original and mod versions.
