As Aatrox you want to use your early game pressure as much as possible to bully your opponent. Against Nasus this is pretty easy once you are aware of where the enemy jungler is pathing. It can be very difficult to escape a gank if you are over extended and Nasus slows you. Deny him Q stacks and he won't be able to delete you easily in the mid game.
