Ustad Shafqat Salamat Ali Khan is renowed classical singer of Shamchaurasi Gharana son of the greatest classical music meastro Ustad Salamat Ali Khan (Shamchaurasi Gharana) He was awarded the pride of performance award in 2009 by the government of pakistan which is the highest civilian award of Pakistan. He is the youngest pakistani artist to receive pride of performance. Recently in United States of America, he has been awarded a peace ambassoder award by Universal Peace federation for his excellent contribution of spreading peace and culture of Pakistan through classical music. Shafqat Ali Khan have also worked as a music researcher with (CNMAT DPT) with Director David Wessel in Berkley University of California. He has more than 90 albums on his credit which have released from different labels all over the world. Shafqat Ali Khan is also working as a music director in bollywood. He is performing live from 35 years and performed in more than 125 music festivals all over the world.
