RUSSIA-UKRAINE CONFLICT: EU gives final approval to sanctions targeting Russian oil and Sberbank

The EU has given final approval to a sixth package of sanctions on Russia. The measures would ban 90% of Russian oil imports by the end of 2022 and they will also see Russia's biggest bank, Sberbank, cut off from the international SWIFT payments system. Pablo Gutierrez reports from Brussels.
