[Recorded 8/27/2025] What is old is new again (and again). Played the original GoW on my XB 360 back in 2006 and played GoW Ultimate on my laptop back in 2023 via PC Game Pass. Now here we are in August 2025 and I may have overspent slightly to play - effectively - GoW Ultimate again. But it does have current gen graphics updates and some extra content - in addition to the GoW Ultimate content which is also included; that being all the dlc. $40 usd is a debatable price point but I spent it, so I might as well get the most out of it and enjoy it. This episode includes my intro; part 1 of Act 1 -- Ashes - 14 Years After E-Day & Trial by Fire... There is no commentary, apart from my opening intro. This entire playthrough will have minimal to no commentary. Also; some videos will be 1080p, others will be 4K. This is a built-in quirk of recording on PS5. Not sure why this would be. I do know that if I edit in shareFACTORY the videos render in 1080 even if they were recorded in 4K. But as to why some vids record in 1080p and others record in 4k, idk. Might have something to do with having resolution set to auto in the PS5 settings. Perhaps I just need to set it to 4K straight-up if I'm recording?
