About Video : अबुआ आवास योजना का पैसा मिल रहा है या बंद है? मंत्री दीपिका पांडे ने सबकुछ बता दिया; सुनिए!Jharkhand झारखंड में गरीबों के लिए पक्का मकान बनाने के लिए 15 अगस्त 2023 को हेमंत सरकार की महात्वाकांक्षी आबुआ आवास योजना लॉन्च की गई थी. आज ग्रामीण कार्य, ग्रामीण विकास और पंचायती राज विभाग की मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय सिंह के नेतृत्व में झारखंड के गरीब परिवारों के लिए युद्धस्तर पर आबुआ आवास योजना के तहत पक्के मकानों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है. विधानसभा के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान बुधवार को सदन में मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय सिंह ने बताया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 में राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश के कुल 6 लाख 50 हजार परिवारों को आबुआ आवास योजना के तहत पक्का मकान देने का लक्ष्य तय किया था. इस अवधि में 6,33,094 आवास योजनाओं की स्वीकृति मिली थी. मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय सिंह ने जानकारी दी है कि आबुआ आवास योजना के अंतर्गत अब तक, यानी दिसंबर 2025 तक 4,92,464 लाभुकों को पहली किस्त की राशि, 4,14,467 लाभुकों को द्वितीय किस्त की राशि और 2,46,358 लाभुकों को तृतीय किस्त की राशि निर्गत की गई. अब तक कुल 1,64,154 लाभुकों का पक्का मकान दिया जा चुका है मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय सिंह ने जानकारी दी है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में आबुआ आवास योजना के अंतर्गत 3 हजार करोड़ रुपये का उपबंध किया गया है. उपबंधित राशि में कोषागार से नियमित निकासी कर अब तक 1200 करोड़ रुपये आबुआ आवास योजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए जिलों को उपलब्ध कराया गया है. नियम के मुताबिक लाभुकों के खाते में राशि भेजी जा रही है. Of this allocated amount, Rs. 1200 crore has been released to the districts for the implementation of the Abua Awas Yojana through regular withdrawals from the treasury. The amount is being transferred to the beneficiaries' accounts as per the rules. The Minister stated that so far in this financial year, the first installment has been given for 1281 housing schemes, the second installment for 180,919 housing schemes, the third installment for 127,390 housing schemes, and the fourth installment for 36,998 housing schemes. A total of 133,091 housing schemes have been completed so far. Minister Deepika Pandey Singh informed the House that the central government had not allocated any targets to Jharkhand under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) for the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24. This is why the Abua Awas Yojana was launched to provide housing to the poor. However, for the financial year 2024-25, the central government has set a target of 419,000 houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, against which 345,688 houses have been sanctioned so far.
