With this build, I'm getting my weapon handling from Hotshot which makes any weapon a laser beam pretty much. I'm getting my survivability from Belstone with it's 1% Armor Regen and 10% Armor on Kill {20% AoK total with Gunner). I'm personally just a fan of Measured when it's paired with Rate of Fire and Weapon Handling. I still don't know what it is because it's damage boost on paper is mediocre, but when combining it with RoF and Weapon Handling, it just feels good to me. Just overall quicker and more consistent feeling. Normally the RoF difference between the 2 halves is jarring, but with Striker's RoF buff and the already high RoF of the Famas, it's not that different to me. Lot of enemies also die within or shortly after the first half so I reload a lot and the Reload Speed buff mitigates that so it just feels like I'm constantly firing. Normally when you are firing that fast, you can miss a lot of shots if there's any accuracy spread. But weapon handling tightens the accuracy for me so I feel like I'm landing more shots at a faster rate so it feels good. If you are not a fan of Measured, just go with whatever your favorite talent is; Strained, Optimist, Fast Hands, etc. Obliterate will provide better initial value and damage since it stacks alongside Striker. I chose to forgo it and use the Striker Chest because of the ACS12. ACS12 works better with Striker Chest as each pellet gives you a Striker stack vs only 1 stack of Obliterate with each shot. I like having the higher Damage potential for facing down tankier enemies with the ACS12 allowing me to get there really quick. Even with the lower initial damage, I felt the Time-To-Kill was still pretty quick when using the Famas so I gave up a little there to be able to be stronger when up against stronger enemies. If I do need some immediate damage, I can use the Busy Little Bee to gain a stack or 2 and then switch back. Everything else is pretty standard DPS choices with Crit Chance and Crit Damage. I do have a single roll of Weapon Handling and that's just personal preference. I liked the way the Famas felt better with it for certain distances. The additional tigher accuracy for the ACS12 is also nice so I can land more pellets a few more meters out easier. I went with Riot Foam and Bulwark. Riot Foam is great to immobilize a Rogue Agent or Boss and then melt them with the ACS12. Bulwark helps me close in with Busy Bee to Riot Foam and then I can swap to the Famas or ACS12. Other then that skills can be whatever you want. I feel this has pretty good sustained damage and high burst potential with good survivability. One of my favorite builds to run, with the others being my Chameleon Ninjabike Striker Build and my Hybrid Memento Striker Build.
