Taliban kills scores in Kandahar airport attack

More than 70 people have been killed in a Taliban attack on Kandahar airport in Afghanistan. The gunbattle between Afghan forces and the armed group lasted more than 24 hours. Before they launched the attack, the Taliban issued a warning to the U.S. President that his troops are not safe in Afghanistan.
