35 Min No Repeat Kettlebell Workout | Intense Full-Body Combos + Explosive Follow-Along

In this 35 Min No Repeat Kettlebell Workout | Intense Full-Body Combos + Explosive Follow-Along, We will go through 9 bundles, each consisting of 4 exercises. The first 3 exercises will be performed in a more controlled manner, while the last exercise in each bundle will be explosive. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest, with an additional 30 seconds of rest after completing each bundle. Let's go!
