Injustice 2 is a fighting video game developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is the sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us and was released in May 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and later for Microsoft Windows and mobile platforms. It is set in a DC Universe alternate reality where Batman and his allies work to restore society after the fall of Superman’s tyrannical regime. However, they face a new threat: the alien supervillain Brainiac, who aims to conquer Earth. The conflict escalates with the reemergence of Superman and the arrival of new heroes and villains.
