Trac Vac 580 in use

This is an older model 580, essentially the same as the new units built today. This version uses a 5 hp flathead Briggs & Stratton engine. The Trac Vac is the best functioning pull behind yard vacuum I’ve ever seen. It would suck up a bowling ball if it could fit through the hose. Every square inch of the space in the hopper will fill with chopped debris, and dumping is super fast and easy. These are still built in the USA in Thorntown IN. Don’t be fooled by the lower cost vacuums found in chain hardware stores, they don’t compare.
