Final Fantasy XV glitch: Bright lights near Insomnia [version 1.00]

The ruined area near the Insomnia gates (might be officially called Crestholm but I'm not sure) sometimes has strange colored lights on this version. I was trying to load the train ambush in chapter 15 by leaving the car here. This may be the first time during this year that the lighting effect happened for me. When it first happened last year in chapter 1, the game crashed while approaching the area on foot. I later encountered similar lights in the Cup Noodle ad near Hammerhead during a chapter 1 replay but couldn't record them for more than a few seconds; they're not included here for that reason. Similar colorful lights were also present near Insomnia in chapter 3, but I couldn't get close to them since I was miles away from the area and the lights disappeared at one point.
