I have made the taro sandwich before and this morning I utilised the leftover mashed taro and turned it into a taro pancake😋😋 It turned out so tasty and you guys must try!! ☆Here is the recipe: 1.Plain flour 2tbs + baking powder 1/4tsp or 2.Self-raising flour (if you are not using plain flour) 3. Egg 1 4. Mashed taro 1 scoop (40ml) 5. Maple syrup 6.
