Head-On Collision on Highway 6 | Fatal Accident and Multiple Injuries

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 6-18-23 | 1:51 a.m. LOCATION: 1100 S Texas 6 CITY: DETAILS: West Side Division received a call about a major accident. Officers arrived on the scene to find that a Jeep heading northbound on Highway 6, had crossed the median for an unknown reason. The Jeep subsequently hit a silver Mercedes head-on that was heading southbound on Highway 6 The Jeep was occupied by four individuals – a male, a female, a teenager, and a child. The male occupant of the Jeep was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Houston Fire Department. The three other individuals in the Jeep were transported to a local hospital; their conditions are unknown at this time.
