If your fat loss is stuck, THIS is the kind of meal that helps you stay full, energized, and satisfied. ⸻ ⭐ FULL RECIPE (1 Serving) 🔹 Rice Base • 40g cooked basmati or brown rice • 30g boiled & chopped soya chunks • ½ tsp olive oil • 1 garlic clove (chopped) • 50g mixed bell peppers • ½ tsp Italian seasoning • Salt, pepper, coriander 🔹 Green Protein Paste • 50g blanched broccoli • 50g low-fat paneer • 1 green chilli • 2 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp coriander • Salt • 1–2 tbsp water 🔹 Sautéed Veggies • 40g mushrooms • 30g mixed carrot + beans • 40g paneer cubes • ¼ tsp olive oil • Seasonings: salt, pepper, pizza/Italian herbs ⸻ 🔥 METHOD 1. Prep Soya: Boil, drain, squeeze, chop. 2. Green Paste: Blend broccoli, paneer, garlic, chilli, coriander + water. 3. Veggies: Sauté garlic → mushrooms, carrot, beans, paneer → green paste → coat well. 4. Rice: Olive oil → garlic → rice → soya → bell peppers → herbs. 5. Assemble: Half rice + half green protein veggies. Garnish with coriander + lemon.
