Jens Stoltenberg says Russia is asking NATO to give up ‘core principles’ in negotiations

“For NATO not to respond to the biggest military buildup in Europe since the end of the Second World War, and also this is in Belarus and not so far from NATO borders, that would have been impossible especially since this buildup is met with direct threat… towards NATO allies.
