Subretinal fluid is a common finding in macular edema secondary to CSR and some inflammatory pathology. At times it outeretinal atrophy or cavitation may also lead to similar findings. Differentiating points are irregular retinal layers, normal Foveal contour and no thickening. this is common in mactel or cone rod dystrophy
