In Macam Studios they are created to inspire film-makers, actors and fans to dreaming without limits, through ‘what if’ trailers. ►How are ‘what if’ trailers made? I start by becoming a fan of the film, then research franchise news, fan theories and updates about the dream film. Then find new clips of the actors and any elements that makes the the franchise known for. Ultimately to create a ‘what if’ trailer using effects, music, AI, and editing software like Wondershare Filmora, Photopea, and more. ►What makes Macam Studios unique from other concept trailer channels? Unlike other channels, Macam Studios state at the beginning of each trailers that its 'fan made'. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Editing Journey: For my Fast & Furious 11 fan-made trailer, I wanted to make it feel as realistic as possible while smoothly continuing from the events of Fast X. I started the trailer from 'Dante Reyes' perspective, showing his reaction to the news that Dominic Toretto and his family survived. To create this, I found clips of Jason Momoa on SNL, where he was driving a car and answering a call. With some clever editing, I turned that scene into Dante receiving bad news, making it feel like a direct follow-up to Fast X. I adjusted the color grading to match the film’s tone, added background tension music, and used voiceover effects to enhance the impact of the scene. The second act shifts focus to Dominic Toretto getting a call from Bryan, adding a nostalgic yet lighthearted moment to the intensity. To pull this off, I mixed audio clips of Paul Walker with AI voice ensuring the dialogue felt natural. I carefully timed the cuts to match the rhythm of a classic Fast & Furious trailer, balancing action, emotion, and humor. The result?
