Transitioning into fall is not always easy. Here are some simple life hacks that have helped me, and can help you too! Pumpkin Spice, Frozen Chai Latte Boil 1 c. of water. Add 2 chai tea bags. Steep for 4 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice to the hot liquid. Dissolve. Wait til mixture cools, (optional). Add 1 cup ice to blender along with liquid and 1/2 cup milk. Blend til smooth. Add 1 more cup of ice, blend again. Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream, and pumpkin spice for garnish. Enjoy!
