This is one of my own recipes of egg that we all just really love. It's got flavors that are similar to Prawn curry Sikkim style, and Bamboo Shoot Curry. But, with the recent epidemic of Gluten allergy, it is safe to say these dishes are Gluten Free. Serves 4 Ingredients: Potato - 500g/ 4 medium Eggs - 4 Onions - 2/ 150g Tomatoes - 2/ 150g Coriander Leaves - 1/2 a cup Salt - 1 tbsp for boiling potatoes, 2 tsp for curry Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder - 2 tsp Ginger Paste - 1 tsp Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 3 tbsp Oil - 2 1/2 tbsp Water - 1/4 + 1/4 + 1 Cup A request to all who do make this dish at home.
