90. Open Out (Sidelying) - Thoracic Spine Mobility Exercise

Open Out is a rotational mobility exercise for the Upper Back (Thoracic Spine) and can be performed in a variety of positions. This position consists of laying on your side, and can be performed with or without extension in the Thoracic Spine as per the guidance in the video.
