The main boulevard is under rapid development. Bluebell block is 80% developed. Bluebell Bridge is also being developed at a faster pace. This bridge will connect to DHA 6. Earthwork is well underway in the second ballot area of Rose block. Roads have been developed and earthwork is complete in the first ballot area of Rose block.
