Hello there! guys! As we reach the last day of October, and so the last of the horror-related song entries, we want to end with one of the pillars of horror in gaming: Resident Evil. This particular entry, composed by Masafumi Takada and Jun Fukuda, comes from one of the spinoffs of the franchise, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, developed by Capcom and Cavia. The game wasn't particularly loved by fans, but it was still fun to re-explore the main series story and use the iconic characters in them. However, the music in the game was pretty good, and this song in particular sets the tone for it, serving as a theme song for the franchise in general. That is not an easy task, and yet somehow it is able to channel the twisted areas of the franchise, as well as the exciting, action filled sections.
