#kia #ev2 #ev The all-new KIA EV2, Kia’s smallest EV yet has just been released in production form at the 2026 Brussels Motor Show! The EV2 claims to be a small SUV and will rival cars such as the Ford Puma GEN-E, Renault 4 & Peugeot E-2008, however it is also a truly compact car so also competes with electric hatchbacks too like the Corsa-e and upcoming ID.POLO from Volkswagen. With a starting price expected at around £25,000 the 2 should undercut many competitors and even some Chinese options such as the BYD Dolphin. Both a standard range 42kWh and a long range 62kWh battery will be offered, with the long range expected to have an official WLTP combine range of around 280 miles. Kia have been on a roll with EVs, with the award-winning EV3 arriving last year as well as the newbies; EV4 & EV5 and even the van; PV5 on sale this year. It was so great to see that even though the EV2 is the brand’s smallest EV, it can still be had with all the premium features we have come to expect from a new Kia, with the cars on display featuring the Harman Kardon sound system, sunroof, heated front seats & more!
