2006-2011 Hyundai Accent: Replace Ignition Coils

2006-2011 Hyundai Accent: Replace Ignition Coils

Fix a notorious issue with the "MC" Hyundai Accent. Replacement in pretty much "real time;" you only need to find your 10mm socket. TWO YEAR UPDATE: These ignition coils have now crapped out. No odd misfire, but HUGE "bucking" on acceleration, especially when hot (coils die from heat). I ordered a new set off Amazon ($40 for four? Holy Carp? But 1800+ positive reviews...). Interestingly, in these two years the plug gap had opened up from 0.035" all the way to 0.060"!! I'm surprised that the NGK coils died so soon. I wonder if the plastic engine cover collects and holds in heat, making the coils fail prematurely? Engine cover is now deleted; we'll see. https://www.gwellwood.com/project-car...
