Mugen short's: Grappler Shiki's last arc attack

This attack only works at the final round. Its blockable and can be dodged. Requirements to work: 1. (As i told you) Must be at the final round. 2. You need "full moon" glowing all the way. 3. Have your Magic circuit full and active. 4. Launch an ex attack with D,DF,F+C or a normal one. 5.They have to be in air. 6. Once the opponent is launched in the air, press D,DF,F + B+C (Two buttons together) to activate. Enjoy practicing.
