We start by working our arms and back in our plank series, broken up with a quick kneeling series to slim the arms and sculpt the shoulders, moving into a prone series to grow the back muscles, and finishing kneeling to burn our triceps, tightening and toning the arms ✨ I hope you enjoy this workout!
