A deadly multi-phase terror attack has shaken northern Israel, leaving two civilians dead and two others injured after a ramming and stabbing spree near the West Bank border. Police say the attacker struck in several locations, beginning in Beit She’an and ending near Afula, before being shot and neutralized by a civilian passerby. The victims have been identified as 19-year-old Aviv Maor and 68-year-old Mordechai Shimshon. Israeli officials say the assailant was a Palestinian from the West Bank.
