Deltona Car Crash

This accident happened October 23, 2016 at the intersection of North Normandy and Saxon Blvd in Deltona Florida. I had not seen who was in the wrong. I was able to look at the accident only after hearing the sound of the initial impact. There was an old lady in the silver SUV. Definitely hurt and was provided a neck brace before the ambulance came. She couldn't move but her eyes were wide open while breathing. Younger dude was in the Dodge with a small dog. Both were only badly shaken. Neither vehicle's main air bags deployed! Please keep your eyes peeled everyone. Don't let your guard down!
