Jai Shri Krishna! 🙏💫 🧾 Ingredients for Mataki Mithai: Condensed Milk – 1 cup Desiccated Coconut (dry coconut powder) – 1 cup Milk Powder – ½ cup Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp Ghee (clarified butter) – 1 tbsp Food Color (optional, for decoration) – a pinch mava (khoya, reduced milk) sugar according to test (powder sugar) 🎉 Mataki Mithai Recipe | Janmashtami Special Sweet 🕒 Prep Time: 5 minutes 🍳 Cook Time: 10 minutes 🍽️ Total Time: 15 minutes 👤 Serves: 8–10 small matkis 👩🍳 Instructions: 1. Heat Ghee in a non-stick pan on low flame. 2. Add condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and milk powder. Mix well. 3. Stir continuously and cook on low flame for 4–5 minutes until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. 4. Add cardamom powder, dry fruits, and food color (if using). Mix well. 5. Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly. 6. Shape the mixture into small balls or laddoos OR fill directly into small matkis (clay pots). 7.
