Raila on Corrupt Contractors

Prime Minister Raila Odinga is warning contractors against perpetuating a culture of corruption that has seen substandard projects and white elephant projects seriously affect development. The Prime Ministers warning to wayward contractors came as former Justice Minister Martha Karua urged the Premier and President Mwai Kibaki to crack the whip on errant and corrupt ministers and not just Permanent Secretaries.
