These cookies are super quick to make, so delicious and they contain about 20g protein per serving! • More recipes in my Ebook which has 100 healthy & easy recipes, link is in my profile🥰 • Ingredients for four servings & four cookies: 2 bananas 3/4 cup almond flour (1.8 dl) 3 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (3/4 cups / 1.8 dl) 1/2 - 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice (120 - 180 ml) 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, chopped handful of raspberries, halved • 1. Mash the bananas 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine (add less milk first, and then add more if needed) 3. Spoon the cookies onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chunks and halved raspberries on top 4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 15 min
