The family of James Johnson, the 38-year-old man who was shot and killed April 7 by off-duty Pentagon police officer David Hall Dixon holds presser. The family will speak alongside their attorney David E. Haynes of The Cochran Firm - D.C. Haynes indicated that The Cochran Firm is currently gathering information and will conduct its own independent investigation into the shooting. According to police, Dixon shot and killed Johnson and Dominique Williams during the early morning hours of April 7 when he believed they were breaking into a car.
