Homeless woman run over & killed by city-owned flatbed truck

Daytona Beach Police Chief Craig Capri discusses what happened when a homeless woman was killed on State Road A1A the morning of Aug. 16. The victim was run over by a flatbed pickup driven by a Daytona Beach utilities worker. He did not stop. Charges are not expected to be filed.
