patta gobhi gosht recipe 😋 👌 cabbage beef recipe try kry or agar meri recipe achi lagay tou mere channel ko subscribe kry Ingredients: for 3 to 4 servings Cabbage (patta gobi): 200 grams chopped beef (boneless): 100 grams Onion (pyaaz): 1 whole Ginger garlic paste (adrak lehsan ka paste): 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (haldi powder): ½ teaspoon Salt (bareek namak): 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder): 1 teaspoon Cooking oil: 2 tablepoons Chopped coriander (kata hua hara dhaniya): a handful Procedure: 1. Add sliced onion to a cooking pan. 2. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, oil and add 1 tea cup of water. 3. Mix well and close the lid. 4. Cook on medium flame till the mutton gets tender and till the water dries up. 5. Stir fry till the oil separates. 6. Add thinly chopped cabbage and add chopped coriander. 7. Stir fry for one minute. 8. Add ½ cup of water, close the lid. 9.
