This walkthrough will show you How to Solve the Jail Cell Power Panel Puzzle in order to obtain the Parking Garage Key Card! We've finally done everything we need to do in R.P.D. and obtained the last Electronic Part needed for the Power Panel in the jail cells. Now we need to head back through the Parking Garage and to the cell block. Here, you'll be required to "fix" the power panel by solving a puzzle. Once you do, power will be restored to the entire cell block. Now that you solved the jail cell power panel puzzle, head inside the jail cell to scoop up the Parking Garage Key Card. Here, you'll also learn a little more of what's going on here in Raccoon City. Grab the Key Card and get ready to finally escape this insane, zombie infested Police Department!
