BBoy Crey Practices at Cathy-Jo's Dance Studio(2)

PEACE! I teach in Pembroke, MA. (Cathy-Jo's Dance Studio and A Dancers World) Give me a wuts up via email if you're interested at [email protected] (i also teach at A Dancers World, in Halifax). ALL AGES WELCOME!!! I'm 24 yrs old and have taught all ages over the years, from 4 year olds to 27 year olds. Just come with a positive attitude and a determination to to better yourself physically and mentally!!! I practice everyday, and I practice what I teach; which is concepts not one singular dance move. To me that's not true foundation; to me true bboying foundation is understanding every possible movement one's own body is capable of and training one's body to be able to execute that movement when one wants to. And that is when you are truely a dancer, and an artist. It has only been recent that I have come to truely conceptualize how to become as dope as possible with-in a short amount of time.
