Worth noting this is filmed unprofessionally (it even went unfocused in the midst, lmao) solely for the sake of pleasure. This isn't a tutorial whatsoever. Here, I've converted my favourite toy of all time, rotf leader class op, in one sitting, unedited, to illustrate the consensus of its difficulty is a matter of not doing it right. Long as you transform it by the correct sequence of steps as the designer intended it, it's substantially enjoyable and not a headache, at least for me.
